Yes. Azumi is helping you buy/sell/rent homes and charges for providing that service and a seamless client experience. We work on a success-based brokerage model, which means you only pay once your transaction is successfully completed.
Our fees vary depending on the type of transaction:
• Resale buying or selling: 1% brokerage + GST
• Primary (new) properties: No brokerage is charged to you. Azumi receives a referral fee from the developer.
• Rentals: One month's rent as brokerage + GST
